How can I track my order?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with your order number, followed by a second email confirming the shipment of your order. You will be able to track your package using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

Can I change the delivery address?

You will not be able to change the delivery address once your order has been confirmed. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.

Can I modify my order after it has been confirmed?

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchases.

You have 14 days to return your unworn Alpho products and receive a full refund. If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, simply return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
